SPECIAL Vintage Autograph Collection
Hitchcock - Charles Schulz - Laurel & Hardy
We recently acquired a small portion of an extraordinary autograph collection. As always we go to great lengths to AUTHENTICATE our autographs, especially in the age of internet auctions that seem to have become a safe haven for career forgers and inexperienced sellers of secretarials and forgeries. And, as always we offer a Lifetime Guarantee of Authenticity.
PROVENANCE: This lot is part of the Hirsh Cohen lifetime collection of autographs. Mr. Cohen (1921-2001) began collecting in 1936 when he obtained the autograph of Eddie Cantor. From there, he built a collection of more than 7,000 autographs. The majority were destroyed/damaged during Hurricane Agnes in 1972 in his home in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania but he continued afterwards to build up the collection to many thousand. He obtained the autographs both in person and by mail. Mr. Cohen was a well-known collector and shared his collection with Harrisburg area churches, schools, senior citizen groups and other organizations

Also, from the Hirsh collection is
older cut autograph with drawing that was attached to printed picture of Hitchcock and
suffered water damage. But, signature and drawing are still in remarkably good
condition! A HIGHLY forged signature and drawing on internet auction sites that many
inexperienced collectors pays HUNDRED$$ for. Here is a chance to own the "real
thing"! With A Lifetime Gaurantee of Authenticity $595 |
